Job Description
Accent Impression, a well-established company in the commercial printing industry, is seeking an experienced Offset Press Operator to join our evening production team.
You will be responsible for the full operation of our Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106 5-color press. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality, efficiency, and performance during the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, set up, and operate the Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106 5-color press

Calibrate inks, dampening system, and mechanical adjustments according to job specifications

Supervise the feeder operator and coordinate the press team

Continuously monitor print quality and make adjustments during production

Diagnose and quickly resolve technical issues

Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep the press in good operating condition

Strictly follow safety standards and internal procedures
Requirements

Significant experience as an Offset Press Operator, ideally on a Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106

Strong knowledge of press setups and commercial printing quality standards

Ability to work independently on an evening shift

Strong attention to detail and technical precision

Natural leadership and ability to supervise a feeder operator

Good time management and prioritization skills
