Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee finishing operations and warehouse management. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring production deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily finishing operations (cutting, folding, binding, packaging, etc.)

Plan, assign, and monitor work according to production schedules

Lead and motivate the finishing and warehouse teams

Ensure finished product quality meets Accent Impression standards

Manage receiving, storage, and shipping of products

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Contribute to continuous improvement of production methods and workflow
Ideal Candidate

Significant experience in a supervisory role in production or finishing (printing or manufacturing industry)

Good knowledge of finishing equipment (folders, cutters, collators, etc.)

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Natural leadership and team management abilities

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
